Ready Space is designed from the ground up to protect your operational data. We utilize identity-based cryptographic rules to ensure your workspace is mathematically isolated.
Your workspace is walled off. We utilize strict Firebase Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) at the database level. Data queries physically cannot execute unless the requester holds your workspace's unique, encrypted cryptographic signature.
Accountability is built-in, not added on. Every action taken on your canvas—from status updates to pin movements—is permanently logged in an append-only database. If a pin is moved, you will always know exactly when and by what access token.
The safest data is data you don't collect. We bypass traditional heavy databases by keeping map images localized to the browser, and we request zero Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from your field staff.
Magic Links act as temporary, highly-restricted keys. Because staff don't have passwords, Admins can revoke a token with one click, entirely eliminating the risk of former employees or contractors retaining access after their shift ends.
